Update - weight loss :)

So been a bit slack of late updating blog due to wedding prep.

Good news

Today was 4 week weigh in.
Have lost 13lbs, 2lbs week 3 and 3lbs week 4; I am delighted with this, the hard work is paying off. I don't feel my back hurts so much. I am hardly touching chocolate and feel more energetic for it!

What makes it easier for me is strictly no carbs at night and no eating out!

I find I am not as frequently hungry and that my body has got use to a reduction in food.

Next week I am aiming for 3lbs to make it 16.... Wish me luck! I am determined.

Day17 15/01/14

I really feel that I have got my diet mojo. I am in full swing and nit suffering at all.
I have totally cut down on chocolate, sweets and bread.

I am in a good routine of eating porriage for bfast, fruit as snacks and low fat crisps or rice cakes, soup at lunch and then falafel in the evening.

I am eating at the train station around 530 as that is when I am hungry. I get home about 6 which is too latr to start pemreparing food. This seems to be working as not going to bed full or uncomfortable.

Since i have lost the 8lb it seems to be easier on my back too. I have not done any exercise since saturday due to loss of cat and working hours. I intend to exercise fri-sun in order to reach my 3lb target. I had a sneaky half way weigh as us big people always tend to do; looks like I have lost 1.5lbs. This keeps me going for the rest of the week now.

I think weekly goals are really important...

That's all for now x

Day14 2nd weigh in 13/1/15

So after a tragic weekend of losing my cat to an accident I wasnt able to blog.

I have still eaten my calories, forced my self to in fact.

I have kept up the motivation and still feeling strong. The latter part of the 2nd week and it was starting to feel a bit more routined and not thinking about it so much.

Over the last few days I have nit drank so much tea and coffee but discovered ginger and lemon tea. Not been so gret with water.

The weigh in... I have lost 4lbs making it a loss of 8lbs in 2 weeks. I am delighted with that. I know after the first 2/3 weeks. It comes of slower. I am teally going to aim for a 3lb loss for next Tuesday. I have to make sure to exercise to ensure I teach this target.

Day 9 wed 08/01/14

Went for a 25 minute interval run 10 min cycle before breakfast.

I had beans and 1 piece of toastwith marmite.
Lunch - salmon and melon. Filled me up but didnt bloat me.

I did another interval run for 20 minutes.

Dinner was curry time, colleague really wanted one; I struggle in indians. The healthiest sounding food is alwaysfull of oil, I know this because having had my gallbladder out if I eat too much oil it gives me an upset tummy.
We ate early, I drank water. No poppadoms, no starter :( that was hard
I ate tarka dahl and boiled rice with line pickle. I felt full but not stuffed as normally would.

I stuck to my soda water and lime through th night.

Week 2 *Weigh in* Day 8 06/1/15

This morning I weighed in... I lost 4lbs!!

I am pleased with that especially as my xmas food clearout week. This will keep me going to week 2.

It reflects if I had a totally good controlled week I could have lost more! so with that in mind I aim to lose 4lbs for next week.

Today I am sway with work until Thur morning, being away is the hardest thing as each night is the pub then late dinner 9-10, I have always hated eating this late.

My colleague knows I am on a diet so hopefully will be understanding...
I will not drink alcohol and eat healthy bfast and lunch as I can control that so much more. The plus side is that there is a gym and pool at both hotels and my colleague is a big gym user so he always unconsciously motivates me.

I are my rice fir lunch.

I went to the gym, done a really good cardio work out.

No alcohol in the evening and sea bass with chick peas so not too bad. No idea on the dressings used
